At Bad Workwear, we stand by the durability of our gear, but if your fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Ensure your workwear meets our quality standards before sending it back to guarantee a swift refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any job-site debris.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
